KG went down after getting fouled on that fast break. It looked to me like he injured his finger on his way down.

Anybody have details on that? It's much appreciated.

He fell on his wrist/arm after Hedo body checked him into the ground.

Any word on its status? A swollen wrist can linger for months...

He missed two free throws after that but hit several jump shots. He should be fine.

Hedo went after his legs instead of the ball.

Garnett have to attack more
hes long difficult to stop and ref respect him
he was the only foul on 4th againt dwight
i know the shots felt and he love those
but changing from shooting to attacking from time to time
will help this team a LOT
and will open a little more shot for Ray and Pierce

I like him attacking more, like he's been doing, but on that play he didn't have a clear path to the hoop.  if he dished it off he'd have either given a layup to the guy on the wing (I forget who was with him on the break) or he would have received it back for a dunk.
Yup

I thought the path was clear enough for a high percentage bucket.  It was at least clear enough to warrant an intentional foul.  There was no one running the break with him that's why he was handling the ball.  Pierce was trailing a good deal behind and while KG probably could have made the difficult pass through Turk to Paul who had somewhat caught up once he was already at the rim and Hedo had committed, I think he made the correct play.  Pierce was in better position to clean up if KG missed (he even made an easy putback dunk after the foul).

mmmm...I dunno...Turkoglu had a closer angle to the hoop and Pierce was wide open.

True but Pierce was still at the 3pt line when KG was taking the shot.  KG knew almost for certain he was going to the stripe and if he didn't I don't think KG over a trailing Turkoglu at the rim is a bad shot.
