I would definitely like Blatche if we could get him without using Big Baby.

More from Marc Stein.

Marc Stein: Even before McGee tiff via @Michael Lee, Wiz said to be disappointed w/Blatche since extension and have discussed trying to trade Blatche Twitter

Wizards are denying report but Blatche is on the block most likely. He was being discussed in the Arenas deal earlier in the year and now has a fairly large contract.

I doubt Blatche is available.

I would have expected him to go to Orlando in that Arenas trade if he was ... especially since the Magic are so short handed up front and would have been quite interested / motivated in adding another big man.

Or at least, the Wizards are not looking to dump him ... is what I was trying to say ... they are likely asking for a good deal in return for Blatche.

I would like to see what Blatche would be like with a mentor like KG. Look at how KG has helped Baby and Perk...

You are probably correct.  However,  there are always deals to be had.  Beasley, Jefferson both went in deals that make you wish the Celtics had picked them up, this summer even if it were for trade pieces.  Blatche would be worth looking into.

Can Blatche go two months before he does something immature that hurts the wizards?

And he is who the Wiz want around Wall?

He is an overrated, soft, immature stat hanger.
