Thanks GreenFaith1819 for the clip. Kobe verbally assaulting the officials. I'm sure you can read lips. Stephen Jackson was fined $50,000 not too long ago for 'verbally abusing' the referees after the game. He said something away from the referees. But was caught on camera and got fined for it. On this instance, Kobe directed at the officials.

They should...but they won't this time, because they want ratings for the marquee match-up.

Fined maybe, suspended, no way.

And he shouldn't be suspended (or fined, but that's a disagreement with Mr. Stern's new tech/discipline rules, not anything to do with Bryant). Suspensions should be reserved for truly egregious fouls.

But, if you're looking for some Lakers misery to cheer your night, losing this big to the Bucks at home is a pretty big deal for LA.

My man Ersan Ilyasova got 17 pts and 11 blocks. Oh yes, well done, Turk Nowitzki.

He'll get fined 25 k or so. Suspended - no way. I just think he lost his composure because his team got his butt kicked on his driveway.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

What is that supposed to mean? I'm rooting for a Laker/Celtics finals.

Ilyasova Aka Turk Nowitzki, I like that. Luc Richard Mbah a Moute did a number on Kobe tonight. Size wise he is bigger than. Kobe wasn't able to abuse him down low the same way he abuses smaller shooting guards with his post-ups. When you take Plan-A away, Plan-B isn't as effective. Overall, It was a great collective win for the Bucks.

I'm looking forward to that game. Lakers should win. But it won't surprise me if Miami pull it out. They are jelling at the right moment. And the Lakers seem to not care, similar to the Celtics of last season. It'l be Great Match-up

Me too, and this doesn't change that..but a lakers whoopin is a lakers whoopin..and if you can't take joy in the lakers being embarassed by a team with a losing record on their own home court, you might as well just toss all the puppies and kittens in the world off a cliff. For instance...I'd like to lose 20 lbs, but it doesn't mean I can't enjoy a twinkie once and a while.

Killing me softly with the analogies. That's why you are one of my favorite posters here.  :)

TP fully agree

The announcers were straight stumped, also with no Jennings or Delfino they're playing awful right now. I sure did get a kick out of them breaking down and cry to the officials for calls. Miami is going to embarass them on Christmas.

Call me crazy, but I didn't see much in that video.  And definitely nothing that would warrant a suspension.  He said something as he was walking away.. its not like he got in the official's face.

Unfortunately when I saw that he got ejected I was hoping it was at a critical juncture of the game, or at least before the game had been decided.  Now Laker fans can cite "well Kobe gets ejected too!  He doesn't get star treatment!"   The game was over.

Agree that Kobe should be fined but definitely not suspended. He got caught on camera yelling the F word at the ref, he deserves a fine, but thats it.

Haha I assume it's 11 rebounds. Havent seen a box score for this game, but if he got 11 blocks... wow.

I can't say I am a Kobe fan, but I think I dislike the "respect the game" rule just as much as I dislike Kobe.

Seeing that they're down to a pretty bad team in the Bucks, I don't blame him at all for being frustated. I don't see why he got ejected, but given that it happend very quickly, I feel convinced there's a valid reason for it. A fine? Yes! Suspension? No!

Saying something?  You can CLEARLY read his lips. He turned and said FU to the refs.  I think that's grounds for an ejection all by itself.

It was 11 rebounds.  Darn, I really was hoping it was blocks
