All right everyone, its time to start denying that the Heat look good.  They are on a 11-game win streak, Boston on a 12-game win streak.  Which streak ends first?

Next 3 games:

Miami plays: Washington, Dallas(home), Phoenix
Boston plays: Indy(home), Philly(home), Orlando

I think Boston has the tougher schedule of the three, only because Washington is terrible.  I could see Philly giving the Cs trouble.

Anyway, here's my prediction, and don't hate me for it: Boston's win streak ends before Miami's.  The reason is that the injuries have to catch up to Boston at some point.  Also, it will then make Boston the clear underdog, which is where I like to be ;)

based on just the injuries alone, I would have said the C's but needed to see the upcoming schedule.  I think Dallas will beat Miami.  Dallas needs to show they're a real title threat and beating Miami will give them that credibility.  Their win against the C's wasn't convincing enough.

I'm going to go with MIA since their uncoming schedule is a bit tougher.

I am worried about the Indiana game so I'm going to say Boston loses first.

I'll go with the C's if Rondo isn't back for the Christmas game.  I actually think he will though so neither will lose either of their next 3 games.

Miami. Don't be fooled by the Heat's all of a sudden success, they still haven't played against anyone in their last 11 games worth giving them praise. Their best opponent they've played was the Knicks and we beat them as well.

We'll see how they match up to the Mavericks who have been playing well this year. Their streak ends on Tuesday in Dallas.

Who cares we can beat them and that is all that matters.  Also, if it takes them as long to work Miller in as it did the others they could break their fragile chemistry.  I think they have a had a weak schedule and on not on a groove.  They've gotten better though but that is still a flawed team with big egos.

They could easily loose the 12/20 game.  They will lose the 12/25 game.  It could happen but I don't see us losing in December but that being said we could lose any game in Dec because all too often we play to the level of our opponents.  The Heat will lose to LA I think for sure, pencil it down.  LA swept LeBum in the finals and Gasol will kill them down low.

They don't have a good record against good teams still.  They have beat ORL at home once and that is about it. Sure their record has improved but look at who they have played lately.  That being said they are better but they are still vulnerable down low.

Who cares is right. We are missing half our team right now. I'm sure it would make a lot of bandwagon Heat fans happy if we lost first, but they are to dense and slow to realize how much more impressive our win-streak is than theirs. Lets see what they would do without their top 3 centers, without their PG, with an injured backup PG who is playing through the pain. Although we are even on the injured backup SG (West and Miller).

Miami has enough trouble now with their starting center being so bad.......just imagine them with Bosh at Center and LeBron at PF. Ugly.

I think both teams go 3-0 in their immediate stretches.

I'd have to take a look farther down the road.

  • Rondo = Good
Clearly the Heat's win streak won't end if they keep getting so lucky...long distance 3 from Bosh and a dumbfounding no-call from the refs.

Subject should read Stern or Boston?

The Orlando game just got easier, they'll be all sorts of out of sync with the big trades.
