You mean the guy leading the team in pts, rebounds, steals, CHARGES coming off the bench?

I think Delonte is our most important guy.  I want the ball in his hands to create for others, not Baby, and to lesser extent, not Nate.  When he comes back he'll be tied with Perk (when he comes back) or Shaq if Perk starts.

Baby's the most important guy right now but hopefully he'll be #3 when the playoffs come around.  Although I think depending on how his defense and rebounding is JO has a chance to be just as important and also Nate if that shot of his is falling.  Marquis is probably gonna be last, and is probably gonna be hurt or hopefully replaced by a better SF if one becomes available.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

I, for one, think it is awesome that we can have a whole discussion about the most important bench players and there are a handful of viable candidates.  How many other teams can do that? Two or three?

You mean if and when they ever come back, correct?  It's hard to be important in a suit.

Second and third most important is EASY! Nate is second if there is no Rondo. Third is Erdy, b/c JO is a no go and he fills in for Shaq at times too. If Rondo plays (effectively), Erdy becomes second most important b/c JO can't go (sometimes Shaq)! It's situational... but for sure it's between Nate and Erdy each night.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I think Delonte is our most important bench player.  If he recovers fully from his broken wrist, he has the most to contribute off the bench as backup to Ray and Rajon, and even Pierce in  a pinch.  If he doesn't come back in good form, his absence will hurt the team more than any other player.  Nate has been servicable, but he is a shoot first guard who doesn't always get his team involved, and he is too short to back up Ray. Marquis has also been good, but can he make it through the season without an injury, himself.  Delonte can do everything Naten and Marquis can do, plus run the offensive sets and play defense.  When he come back he will be first off the bench.

Sorry, I misread.  The second most important is whoever (JO, Perk or Shaq) comes off the bench  at center.
