Yea Bringing up Lecon again. But how bout that. Amare, Lebron, Felton, Gallanari, this Year. Then who knows Paul, Melo, Tony Parker.

They could have been a top three seed this year easy. And then add pieces as you see fit next year then again the next.

And best of all it would have been LeCon's {tm} team, and he could have been the hero of NY. Even though Amare is doing great. LeCon would have got most of the credit.

Don't get me wrong I'm happy to see him fail In Miami. And even if he wins he still looked at like a big wussy by the people who really matter like Bird, Magic, Charles, M.J.

If he had the "Decision" back does anybody think he would have chosen the Big Crapple.

I think the knicks would be worse with LeBron... He would just be a media hoe. Id rather see the Knicks get Melo and built the team around Felton, Fields, Melo, Stoudamire, Mozgof (for now/upgrade needed) and Chandler and Galinari off the bench.

You do realize that Miami has a 1 game better record with a much harder schedule? The Knicks have had one of the easiest schedules in the league.

And what was Barkley doing when he went to Houston?

Most importantly, even if he went to NY, people would hate him for doing "The Decision". That was what turned the tables, not going to Miami.

This board is just full of haters. Lets make a Lebron is a loser, he should have chosen the Clippers thread. Then a Lebron is a loser, he should have chosen the Bulls thread. It's over, he made the choice he thought was best for him. Get over it.

They should have taken Amare to Miami with them instead of Bosh, but that's a different subject, and Bosh is their close friend.

Why the hell would Lebron want to play the Celtics that many times a year? ESPN may be stupid, all the rest of the national media may be stupid… but the players in the league now that we’re a HUGE matchup problem.

Your a Blog Hater. Relax. Just saying that he could of had his own Team, Brought back the Largest Basketball market in America, and done it fir a team that has not won in a long time, with players that have never won before. And still be considered Batman.

Not ride the cotail of a guy that one recently. That's why Barkley and MJ got all over his case. If he went to play with Amare they couldn't make those "He will never be THE Guy comments"

  • Rondo = Good
The Knicks would have been better this year, but the Heat will be much better in the years to come.  With his history of knee injuries and general lack of defense / rebounding, Amare is not the guy with which Lebron would want to team up.  Also, I have a lot more faith in Spoelstra's defense-oriented approach than D'Antoni's up-tempo system, at least as far as winning titles goes.

The Heat would be better if they had Amare instead of Bosh, but that was never going to happen, so it's a moot point.

He would be having a worse season. Would have been a poor choice.

I agree with PosImpos too that Miami are set up for success in the future once they pick up a few good MLE players and the like.

They'll get it together - and it might even be this season.

It doesn't matter - the guy is a cancer with bad karma that will dog him no matter where he goes.

Since he threw the playoff series after leading his team to a 2-1 lead - while a B2B MVP on the #1 seeded overwhelming favorites.

The Knicks have had the easiest schedule in the league so far.  So I have been impressed with them, I'd be surprised to see them do anything other then float around.500 all year.  Now onto LeBron, he is going to be just fine in Miami.  They have a talented team, but they need time to put it together.  They have 3 guys who are all used to playing with the ball in their hands all the time, they are learning to adjust to that.  Now onto the LeBron posts on this blog, can't we just outlaw any post about LeBron? Let's talk Celtics basketball guys!
do it

Because playing poorly = "threw the playoff series".

Personally I credit the Celtics for that series win.

I call it a mix - LeBron gave up at points in the last couple of games, but it was because we'd played so well that we broke that team's spirit.  By the end of the series the Cavs didn't believe they could beat us, and that was because of how we played. And I firmly believe that even if he played his heart out we still win, just with more difficulty.  That team knew they were better than Cleveland and wouldn't be denied.

It's an odd kind of loser that has a record well over .500 and has won multiple playoff series and a conference title.  It's fun to hate on LeBron but if he's a loser, so are 90% of the players in the league.

As is your right - but almost everyone besides Lebronists and Celtics fans see it differently, since the Celtics didn't defend him differently in games 4-6 than they did in 1-3...

The difference was in leBron's OBVIOUS change in effort.
