I am debating a buddy of mine and was wondering if Perk had 2 or 3 ligaments repaired in his knee.  I thought that I remembered that they only had to do surgery on two when they went in.

If that is correct, please provide a link to the story.

Thanks much,

Sorry for replying to my own email, but I really need an answer to shut my friend up if possible.

Roy or Jeff,

Could you help me on this one?

Thanks,

I think it was 2...with no damage to his ACL.

Celtics center Kendrick Perkins walked into Staples Center on crutches this afternoon and told reporters he has torn MCL and PCL ligaments in his right knee.

Perkins is scheduled for surgery because both the PCL and MCL are torn (likely also with contusions or other less significant

Originally it was reportedly to be a torn MCL and PCL.  After surgery it was revealed to be a torn ACL and MCL.  It could possibly be all three, but the Cs have never gone out of their way to describe anyone's injury in very much detail.
Folly. Persist.
