At what point of Celtic games do you guys usually come to the conclusion that the C's have mailed it during games, and your expecting the worst?

Mine is usually the 1st quarter when opposing teams are getting to the hoop for uncontested layups.

I think every NBA team mails it in at some point of a 48 minute game.  There's definitely a balance between talent level and effort that works in the Celtics favor over the long haul.  To answer the question:

When they are not contesting shots, and giving up open layups.

On offense, when they take the first available shot.
Yup

Redz basically has it.   But I tend go through a process which begins with a feeling of blind assurance that the C's will soon take over the game, followed by an awakening that the C's are currently playing a juggernaut -- a team that can't miss, followed by the realization that the team they are playing is a mediocre or undermanned unit, which is then followed by the epiphany that we are repeatedly giving up uncontested shots to said mediocre team who is now feeling confident, cocky, energized and capable of winning.
