when talking about Delonte, Shaq was said to have predicted that he'll be back around February and when he does, the team will be getting Perk back around that time as well. That will give the team time to get things right come playoff time.

Now egos aside, because i'm assuming everybody on this Celtics team has their ego checked, what do you think will happen once our full rotation is healthy? Because there's too much talent and not enough positions/minutes (that was an odd statement to write). A part of me wants to keep starting Shaq but i don't know. Maybe i've just forgotten how good Perk really is on D.

Perk won't get his starting spot back right away.  He won't be in game shape.  After that it will be situational depending on matchups.  Also, Jermaine should be back by then.  In fact, at the end of close games, expect to see Jermaine since he's a better FT shooter than either Perk or Shaq.

I don't think he will start automatically.  He doesn't have that kind of clout nor should he.  He is a better defender than Shaq at this point in their careers but who knows after the knee stuff how his mobility will be.
