 The numbers show now that with Wade and Lebron on the court together with no Bosh they are minus eleven point diff,

 Bosh and Lebron is the the best Combo at plus fifteen on the court together.

 Wade and Bosh is around plus ten also.

 I personally think Wade and Lebron together is a bad fit. I had my question about it before it happened.  And it looks worse than I thought it would.

 So if you had to trade Lebron or D wade, what would you do. And how much more could you get for Bron than Wade.

 And when could any of the three be traded.

I would do absolutely nothing but wait.

Mike Miller will be a great fit to complement either/both Lebron or Wade, and if/when healthy, he'll get 30 minutes off the bench in a 3-wing rotation that will be one of the best in the league.

Bosh is still a pretty good player.  He's starting to figure it out.

They have significant holes, but only need the right couple of role players to fill them:  A PG that can defend the position and spot-up for 3, and another big that can rebound and block shots.  There's a good chance they get better through buyout pickups (including, perhaps, even Marcus Banks).  They don't need offense-oriented players (though some plays would help).

Part of the problem is they wasted two spots on the wrong complementary pieces:  Juwan Howard and Magloire are the wrong pieces--they shouldn't be on the roster, let alone the floor.  Better give the spots to a younger, more energetic player.

Next offseason (presuming a normal, non-CBA disrupted offseason), they'll have the MLE to fill the gaps.

They don't need to make a major move; they need to find the right complementary pieces to make this powerful engine run more efficiently.

I think Riley hangs on to him like Danny did to Doc before Ray and KG came over, using the same reasoning:  the pieces aren't there, and injuries to TWO key players on top of that...

And I don't think they're ready for Riley to come in and make them winners; they're simply not there yet.

I'm not saying he deserves to be fired but someone needs to be taking the fall for these superstars underachieving. And obviously it's not going to be LBJ.

There is no excuse for Wade & Lebron to not be successful together on the court.  Lebron can get to the hoop and pass exceptionally well, and Wade at the very least can shoot well.  They can run a number of plays and be successful.

They don't need a new coach just yet; someone just needs to tell Spoelstra to put Lebron in the low post, Bosh in the high post, Arroyo or House making entry passes, and Wade roaming...

...that's the set.  But Lebron still takes the ball on the perimeter and there is no inside game and no ball movement.

Really? You'd rather him shooting treys instead of Mo Williams or even Anthony Parker?

Wade is best at attacking the rim and either drawing contact or flushing it.

Ditto for LeBron.

With LeBron the dominant ball-handler, their bread and butter basically consists of LeBron driving and kicking to Wade who can drive into a clogged lane or take a contested jumper.

They will figure it out eventually and start rolling over inferior regular-season competition, but they are NOT complimentary players. Talent alone will beat a lot of teams, but they will struggle in the playoffs without a conventional PG and a lack of depth up front.

If they are still hovering around .500 come February, Spoelstra is a goner (I predict sooner).

He could only fail. If they were 15-0 right now, it would be ALL about LBJ, Wade, and Bosh. Anything short of 82-0 and the finger-pointing starts at Spoelstra. He was a sitting duck from the get-go.


The only question is does Riley take on the task himself or find someone both qualified and dumb enough to assume the role.
