I'd be fine with 12 weeks. We just need him for the playoffs.

Agreed.

We'll probably get Perk, West, and JO (if at all) back around the same time.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

JO should be back well before then, correct?

Although the question is how long will he be back for?

Who knows?  I've heard it could be months.

Any updates on Delonte's injury? Whats the latest?

Quote
Delonte West is expected to have surgery early next week, once the swelling in his fractured right wrist goes down.

The length of his ensuing absence, according to Danny Ainge, will depend on what Dr. Brian McKeon finds once he goes in to make repairs.

"But right now we're talking about 12 weeks," said the C's president of basketball operations, whose subsequent options are limited by having the league maximum 15 players under contract.

But Ainge isn't worried.

"We like our guys and have a great deal of depth," he said. "Rondo is close to healthy, and Nate (Robinson) and Avery (Bradley) are obviously there to help."

In the meantime, West's odyssey continues - from back spasms in training camp; to a 10-game suspension once the regular season began; to now the worst injury of his career.

"Delonte seems to be in a pretty good place," said Ainge. "He's doing well. It has to be frustrating for him, but he's all right. He's a warrior."

Thanks Roy...TP for providing the link.

I'll feel somewhat better when we have confirmed news about his recovery time...all we can do until then is wait and hope for the best. We need him for the playoffs.

Getting back to that "compound fracture".  Compound fractures require immediate surgery.  The fact that surgery was delayed for a week makes it pretty unlikely that he had one.
