I have read elsewhere on the Interweb(s) that Stephane hurt his foot in the first three minutes of last night's Red Claws' game, and will require surgery keeping him out of action for three months. Anyone have a confirmation on this?

Ouch!  Tough break.  I see he started but only played the first couple of minutes.

But that decides it.  I want Magnum Rolle up here in place of Wafer.

And I want Perk to make him his personal project while he's recuperating.  Sounded like he didn't have the strongest work ethic in the Indiana camp (come on, the guy grew up in the Bahamas!), but I think Perk could fix that.

Read the same about Lasme being injured and needing surgery, but not from any official source.  The only thing we know for certain is he was hurt during a game and did not return to action.

I'm not really sure if he would have a spot with the big team at the moment.  We need a bigger body at the moment with JO out indefinitely and SON not being reliably available.

  • You say when......
DERN..........That poor kid...some guys get no breaks...HE WAS A PLAYER..He was a classic blue collar contributor / role player..and maybe more. I say the Celts could have used him now.........It is no secret that i love a rebounder ( Leon Powe)......oh heck, i hope he banked some cash..and he heals fast.
