In 10-11 years contending teams will be looking for Glen Davis as that veteran guy. And it’s all because of the time KG’s put in with him.

Once Glen grows up he’s gonna be awesome. He still flexes after every make and pouts after every miss… once he stops that crap he’ll be very good.

It shouldn't have been that close!

But great play in OT to take the win.

Well I don't like the big minutes and OT but it was a fun game and an exciting finish, a good reminder of the '09 series. Loved KG's intensity at the end and the fact he and Ray hugged Thibs. Classy and touching.

5-1 and a Miami loss, great night of basketball! :)

Man, that last several minutes were beautiful.

Rondo and Pierce took turns breaking down the defense and making great, easy offense.

Garnett had at least...what...4 massive defensive plays down the stretch?  Plus the steal to seal the game?

Ray scores 25 points on 12 shots?  Baby making shots down the stretch?

Beautiful.

I'll take the OT win - against Thibs! I thought the game would be tough, and it was.

Will be interesting to see CHI once they get Booz back.

MIA lost, too, so it's a good night so far.

Now if TOR can beat LA - well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

If Rondo’s foot wasn’t cramping we could have really crammed it down their throat in the second half.

RR needs to really keep that tempo up after building a lead.

Either way this is a good win against a coach that knows everything about us.

Teams learn more from close, grindout games than they do from 20 point blowouts.

This team is going to be scary...JO's getting into a groove..we get Delonte back in 5 games...Shaq's resting...KG looking 07-08ish...Ray turning back the hands of time...Rondo dishing...Nate finding his stroke again..Paul being the Truth...Marquis and Glen big off the bench!

We have a Quiet Storm brewing here in Boston! Not making any predictions, but if this team can stay healthy great things are going to happen!

I’d also like to point out that El Capitan is averaging 7 rebounds per game in the early part of this season.

I’d LOVE to see him keep that up.

Delonte will make a huge difference. Jermaine and Shaq are about the same. Erden is promising but can't get a break on the calls. Lame moving pick call then Asik clear out someone on the next series for an open 3 pt. play ridiculous.

Yep - agreed, especially with Semih. He has a feel for the game to be so young. He'll get more breaks as the season goes on. He's going to be a player for us, I believe.

Jermaine and Shaq aren’t the same. When he gets the system Jermaine will be a top 10 shot blocker. He’s ranked 24th in career blocks, the guy knows how to play D. Shaq is just a huge human being.

If we can make it to June 2011 with Shaq, JO, Glen and KG healthy - I'll take an 80% Perk.

That will be an extremely tough matchup for LA.
