Jermaine o'neal is literally making me sick right now  this is brutal
He looks awful.

He's done nothing so far -- however, a couple of awful calls on him tonight.

He's playing lazy and hasn't adjusted to how tight the refs are calling it.

Though I don't blame him for being chippy, hollins is going over his back every rebound and no whistle.

I have no idea why anybody expected more out of JO... I mean did you SEE him in last year's playoffs against us? He looked so washed up...

It was the same thing with Rasheed, to be honest.

Both times I heard a chorus of "Oh, he's just quit on his team, he's still got it though!" and both times the pundits have been proven wrong, it seems. Old players with creaky knees/backs don't "quit" on teams... they just get old and become completely ineffective.

  • You say when......
You see, what you might not understand is that Commish Stern has a vision where all teams are equal. or will be equal....the refs are now the equalizers..the distributers of equality..if your team is better, the refs will make you EQUAL to the other team..! Hence the reason the NBA is....losing $$$...!

Jermaine should not play until he is really going to try.

Jermaine will settle down in a few games. A little rusty after his injuries in training camp.

Even small injuries effect this guy's performance in a big way.

Just got to play him through it. Let him get his game sharpness back.

Well, I suppose this was inevitable.  Just gotta gut this one out, this won't be the last time we underachieve in a regular season game.
