Biz Z looks older than Shaq....at times when he falls, he looks like he won't be able to get back on his feet...

Miami have played much better with Ilgauskas on the floor.

I'd love to see Rondo make more of a focused effort of attacking Big Z in the pick and roll. There is no way that Z can defend Rondo + stop the roller or cut off the second pass that leads to an open shot for someone else.
