Thanks guys!I can't wait to see where this team is at in February. And yeah GreenFaith, from what I've heard the first week is rough, I'm just looking to be confident and fly under the radar. What did you do in the Air Force? I'm apparently doing fuels, which I think will be alright.
I was in the Navy, Tri. It was a nice experience and I loved it most days. You'll like the Air Force, so don't worry.
The hardest part for me was when I go married and had to leave the wife and two boys behind, but the wife did a fine job with them while I was gone.
And trust me - no one flies under the radar

. I tried it, and got in trouble for reading a letter from my then-girlfriend. I smile when I think back to those days - they sent me to "Rifle Aerobics", lol.....I had to do pushups, situps, etc - all while holding a ceremonial rifle.
That only lasted for a day or so, and the rest of my bootcamp experience flew by. I'll never forget the day I graduated....10 degrees with a -10 windchill factor, up in Chicago.
You'll be fine. Get back in one piece, and catch some Celtics games on the tv. We'll be playing until Mid-June or so, so you have a while. You probably won't see much basketball (or anything else) during Basic, but after those two months you'll get the opportunity to see them play.
