I agree with the premise here, but not all the details. I think you have to throw Perk in the group of possible trade chips, as well as Bradley. Wafer and West on the other hand have little to no trade value, since they are on minimum contracts. If they actually prove to be valuable players, the C's will likely just hold onto them.
My guess is the main pieces of a trade would be either Davis or Perk (based on a combination of play, and who they think they could resign in the offseason), as well as either Daniels or Nate, depending on how the perimeter rotation shakes out, and whether West is able to pick up more minutes on the wing or at the point.
I really doubt Bradley and Harangody are going to have much influence on anything outside of Portland this season, unless there are a lot of injuries.
As for targets for trades, here are the guys I think they will be looking at (depending on how things play out on their own teams): Battier, Marvin Williams, JR Smith, Andres Nocioni, Boris Diaw, Jared Jeffries, Francisco Garcia.
