Just found it, and I highly recommend it, especially since KG rarely gives interviews outside of the usual postgame conferences or post-practice.

Here it is : http://audio.weei.com/m/34473663/kevin-garnett-celtics-f.htm

KG talks about a lot of subjects, including his habit of swearing, his reputation in the league, his attitude on the court, the Heat, what he's going to do when he retires, etc.

Really interesting!

I heard it driving in this morning.  Great stuff.  They also had a great interview with Shaq yesterday.

I definitely got the impression he is planning on retiring sooner rather than later though.  Sounds like he may be thinking next year could be his last year.

Just listened to the whole interview, TP for posting it.  That was great, man.  KG is fantastic, and listening to that interview just reminded me of how and why I respect him.  I loved the way he spoke about Paul and how he dealt with the subject of sacrificing ego for the team when he was traded to the C's.  The respect he had for Paul to just say "this is your team" and then the fact that he could spit out all that knowledge about the 18 game losing streak and all the stuff Paul went through.  Man that was good.  And it got me excited for the season.

That was a great listen.  Let's go C's!

  • Can a brother get some Tommy points!
KG shows why he's a winner.  Straight to the point, intense, respectful of his teammates and opponents, and focused!

Lots of positive energy in this camp.

Hope D west does not put too much pressure on himself.

But overall seems like a good vibe (from the interviews and what I see posted)
