I think the above displays Roy at his best.

If you go through my statement on the matchup, I merely acknowledged that Hedo would probably see anywhere between 10 and 15 minutes at the PF position, and never once mentioned him defending Boozer/Randolph/Lewis. This is the only mention I had of it:

Because I know it's a question I'd recieve, yes, we do plan on having Turk play some 4. It depends on the flow of the game, but I'd guess we'd see it for about 10-15 minutes a game. It's another pick n roll combo that the Kings will be unable to stop.

But Roy kept mentioning it over and over and over and over again until it seemed like people expected that to be my primary point of attack.

EDIT: Went through my posts from yesterday, the only other mention of Hedo Turkoglu is him splitting time at the 3 and defending Rashard Lewis.

Then this round, correct such exaggerations to your plan.  Repeat yourself when you need to.

Roy is hands down the best advocate for a team in this thing out of any of the current GM's. He's smart, he'll out-post you both in volume and word count, and he's got a way of finding stuff you didn't even know was out there on your guys.

Can I use this as an endorsement on my website?  I'll just change "team" to "client" and "GM's" to attorneys.

OK, I'll start it now.

I will NOT have Kosta Koufos cover Lebron James.

Jamison is covering Lebron, right?  Jamison almost single-handedly shut down the entire Cavs team in this year's playoff.

Oh, wait...  ;)

Sorry, I know Antawn could've validated his performance had he cited "tummy ache" like some other players (here's looking at you, Rashard) but he's too proud for excuses

I'm late checking in today, and I know that the matter has been laid to rest, but hope nobody minds my belated perspective - as a far from well-behaved somebody (nobody?), who has had his ugly run-ins.

I've just never experienced staff bias, or for that matter even confronted some sort of united front. (Well, united in any way other than as a group uniformly generous with their time; invested in the Boston Celtics; and this site's well-being.) I'd go further to say that I’ve only ever been given great leeway during, and since have been invited and encouraged to participate here, there, and elsewhere by the mods I’ve most butted heads with. So to me, other sentiments don’t pass the smell test. (Though, I certainly know what it is to – caught up in competition – post brashly or feel slighted, and so can’t turn my nose up at anybody.)

As far as the Phoenix/Chicago series - I said early on that this was the year for starting fives. My first reaction is that the title may hinge on the Davis/Jennings match-up and how Chicago handles Phoenix's superior size. Though like everybody I'll also be interested to discuss Noah vs. Howard and Salmons/Turkoglu vs. James.

Who has home court advantage?

HCA in the finals is decided by who had the lower overall score in the regular season balloting. I'll have to check when I'm off work, but I believe Chicago had a better score and thus has HCA.

Definitely Chicago, they were nearly unanimously the 1 seed.

Not unanimous, but when I wasn't number 1, I usually wasn't lower than 3.

You only made it out of the first round because everyone dropped the ball not making Toronto the 8th seed.  :P

You only made it out of the first round because everyone made the correct decision not making Toronto the 8th seed.  :P

Fixed it for you.
