Here are some tips I would suggest: Greatest Bar, Four's (great food there), Sullivan's Tap, and Sports Grille Boston.

Heads up on the Greatest Bar though, it is always packed!

Which Big Three do you mean?  I hope you mean the original Big Three?  If you mean the new Big Three, I'm ashamed.

I agree with gpap . . . . Tommy point on The Fours!   A trip to The Fours for food before or after the game is a must.  Get there early, it fills up.

I always order the "Bobby Orr' steak tip sandwich and some buffalo chicken nachos.  Great food!

Sully's is great for ice cold PBR!

I'm thinking of making two trips this season to Boston. One of them being for the same game.

I went to the Lakers game in January and stayed nearby, and there were a few nice bars right near the TD Garden.

I passed by the aforementioned Greatest Bar at like midnight and the line was incredible just to get in, but it looked nice inside (I think it's like 4 levels or something).

I ate at Harp before the game which was right across the street from the Garden, nice place for before/after games.

I think that's the only time I've heard the word great used with PBR   :P

brings back my college days when PBR was the cheapest beer we could get.

I drank it in college too.  I think that is why I love going to Sully's so much.

It's part of my pre-game before the game.  Where else can you get a PBR in a bottle for two bucks?  One is enough though!
