Any of the 4 point or quasi point guards we have now.  Can we dump 2 and get a wing? We have a gaping lack of athletic hole between 6'3" and 6'7" on the bench again.  Which was a huge problem last year and looks like it will be a huge problem this year again.

West
Robinson
Brantley
Wafer

I'd be willing to include Brantley in a trade ;)

DWest by miles and miles. I hope he doesnt make the roster. Nothing would make me happier.

Nobody, although if I remember correctly our 1rst rnd pick averaged like 12ppg in the Big 12 last year, so I have significant doubts about him being able to help us any time soon. I really dislike that kind of thing.

I guess I will go with Wafer, I would say D-West because of is recent past off the court but then I think of his years with the Celtics and the blood he left on the court diving after balls and never giving up!! He was the Tommy Point king at times!!!!

West, funny guy but it pains me to hear him speak, he graduated college?
Jermaine
in that order
Which is good since that means I don't hate any current celtic.  As posters have put I hated (and still do) Mark Blount

Whether you like to believe it or not, you do not even need to speak to graduate college let alone speak well.  Some majors require speech classes like journalism, but a majority of them do not require any speeking classes.  Being able to communicate and speaking well are two different things.  I went to school for chemistry and chemical engineering, and we had plenty of non-native English speaking people in my classes.  They didn't speak English well at all but some of them were extremely gifted on tests, labs, writing, etc.  They graduated easily.  Being able to speak has nothing to do with graduating college, but writing definitely does.  You definitely need to be able to write (including math/science).

And by the way, I am pretty sure Delonte never graduated from St Josephs.
Thanks.  I did graduate college and have an understanding of how it works.  My point was more about college athletes and my dim view on the ncaa and college sports teams standards.  Happy to report my college soccer team's gpa was 3.0 for the entire team.  We had foreign players who spoke better english/grammar than delonte.

I understand definitely.  Speaking publicly is an attribute that alot of people do not have especially if they can not prepare for it.  I think my point is that just by going to college doesn't automatically make you a good speaker.

I've seen Delonte in interviews give up some very nice answers speaking 'properly' especially when it is something related to basketball.  Then we have also seen him dropping double negative everywhere and trying to be funny with some slang.  I think he plays to the audience or at least it depends on if he is trying to be funny/humorous.

He has been working hard to win me over, but Nate is still at the top of my list.  He is just too much flash over substance for my taste.

I also can't stand Wafer, but I don't think he will be here much longer.

Of all the players on the Celtics through the past few years, only one player stands out as someone who vocalizes selfishness and displays immaturity on a regular basis.  That same player is inconsistent and overrated.  The Celtic I speak of is Mr. Glen Davis, and as a result he is my least favorite Celtic.

Honestly though, if half the people here didn't gush over him here on C-blog, I probably wouldn't dislike him as much.  Going by the numbers though, my eyes do not deceive me.. he is overrated and immature.

How can anyone dislike Erden so much?  From everything we've seen/heard he's run the floor hard, produced, boxed out, done everything that's asked of him, and kept his mouth shut.  By all accounts he is a great team player.

At this point I would have to say Wafer.
“Being a Celtic is, every decision you make is about the team. Every cut you make is about the team. Every pass you make is about the team. You take yourself out of it. It’s not for everyone. If you don’t want to win, don’t want to play team basketball, and it’s more about you then you’re probably not a Celtic." Doc 2010

Of course Semih's kept his mouth shut.  He doesn't speak any English.  He could [pee] and moan all he wanted in Turkish, but I don't think anyone would notice.

Really? I'm not trying to get in any trouble here, but "pee" is acceptable and the word I typed isn't?

Very silly.

Harangody... couldn't stand him in college. As I am a Tarheel.

Was legit p---ed when we drafted him...(complete opposite feeling when we drafted Bradley) uphill battle for him and he hasn't done anything to change my thoughts in the pre-season. Doesn't help that I like/have liked everyone else on the team.
