I know your not a Nate guy Mr. Hobbs but please give him a chance this year. A lot of bloggers follow your lead on here(myself included) so don't get on him too early if he stumbles a bit. I truly do expect a much better and efficient season from the lil guy.

Yeah, I've been fine with Nate in Boston.  My biggest issue with him has always been his failure to just shut up and do what his coaches tell him.  With Doc, he seems to have bought into his role, so he's fine with me.

I'm not too worried about his level of performance.  Some of the shots he shoots early in the shot clock
both me, but if he can develop into a better ball-handling and passing version of Eddie House, it's all we should really need.

Ya completely agree. I love the kid but the jackings with 20 secs on the shot clock make me grind my teeth and cringe. But from what I saw last year he certainly cut down on those moments of spontaneous jackings lol. This year I think we should see a lot more discipline. Or so I'm hopeing. I think we will see improved ball handling and passing because he litterally just needs to get the ball into the post where Baby and Shaq can go to work. And if those options fail by all means Jack away. But I wanna see him go through all options on offense first.

Haha, always be on the lookout for spontaneous jackings... I'm actually thrilled we were able to resign Nate.  As a backup point guard, there aren't many that I would rather have.  He can be instant offense and his energy(which we really really need) is contageous.  I agree that he started to learn how we need him to play and I expect that to continue into this year.

DWest by miles and miles. I hope he doesnt make the roster. Nothing would make me happier.

I'm not the biggest fan of West, however for me I'd have to go w/ Brian Scalabrine.

He's too funny, ex-celtic, he can play and he has a 'special' relationship with Lebron James.

That's too many reasons to like him for me.

On the current team, there aren't any Celtics that I don't like.  I'm willing to give the new guys a chance and the rest, I don't have any problems liking them.    All time, since 1969 when I started following the team,  my least favorite is Mark Blount.  The guy was a cancer.

Shaq. A loudmouth, first one of a sinking ship, and a L*ker. Easily my least favorite Celtic since Blount and Szczerbiak.

I don't NOT like BBD, but I don't like his skill set on this team. I'd rather him be on the Bulls or TWolves.

Undersized powerfowards with no athleticism and no consistent jumper, tend to be my least type of player to watch play
Can't stop, Rondo!

I'll get back to you after I watch the team play a few games.  It'll probably be whoever peeves me off most with their bad habits and most embodies whatever seems to be wrong with the team in the regular season this year.

But hopefully it won't be anybody! :D

Marquis.  When he's on his game he's a good finisher at the rim and a decent defender (good at getting deflections).  But even when he's healthy, he's horribly inconsistent.

Baby might take the lead if he continues to be the most blocked player in the NBA.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

My least favorite Celtic is the trainer that's always making weird faces when he's stretching the player's legs:

I'll agree with that. The frontrunners for IP's least favorite Celtic after 1 weeks are Marquis (I am rooting hard that Harangody steals all his minutes..not because Marquis is so bad, but because Harangody hopefully proves he's that ready), and one of the two O'Neals, but in all honesty I've been waiting to root for Shaq my whole life, and I've never much liked Jermaine.
