The inbox issue should be resolved. 

Out of curiosity what is the capacity on the inbox (i've never emptied mine)?  CB Draft Voting must be popular if they've filled up twice already and only 21 people voted.

mgent; the issue is because a user (cb draft voting) was created to receive votes.

new users have a limited number of pms they can send/receive; its tied to post count.  its a spam prevention measure

if a spammer really wanted to do something massive, they'd spend a year or so ingratiaiting themselves to the blog and become a mod, after which they would co-ordinate a massive attack by night opening the doors for hundreds of nigerian princes and male enhancement purveyors with no one to stand between them and total spammiination.

My guess, it's probably a Celticblog member doing it from work where they are never on line at Celticsblog. BTW, notice I said CB member and not GM. It could be anyone. Including me
