As written today in the herald. Great words from Shaq, and at this point in his career Kevin needs the protection. He is the greatest skinniest player ever.

I think the Shaq KG combo will be a great fit for both guys.
Can't wait to see them hit the court together.

Same here. KG will make Shaq (and J.O) look good. And vice-versa. It's always nice to have that enforcer, though.

We won't see Dwight trying to put his fingernails in KG's ribs this time around, I bet. He'll be too tired from dealing with J.O and Shaq.

KG swagga next season will be off the charts. First of all, He should be all healed up. And now has multiple beasts behind him.

And Perk and BBD come playoff time.  I liked our depth matching up against Howard last year but this year it will be fantastic.  Shaq is the ultimate body to throw at him, Perk plays him better than anyone, and Jermaine should bring close to the same defense on him.  BBD will get lower than he can and wear him down and all of our bigs will be soaking up fouls.

Agreed, Snakehead.

We beat ORL in 6 games, but their height really wore us down, I think. They had Dwight and Lewis, and could bring Gortat in off the bench.

Won't have to be concerned with that as much, now.

That is what I'm really looking forward to, Change. I hated seeing that man limp last year. You know Doc probably tried to shut him down to rest at times, but knowing KG he insisted on playing.

KG is one tough cookie. he won't have to carry so much of the load this year, though. Glen will be a year older, J.O. can play both his backup and the center position, and Shaq of course will be the Big Center.

Imagine Shaq/JO/Perkins banging with Bynum and Odom.

That's funny - LA fans don't seem to care about this, which while I can understand their bravado, I find funny.

I know that Shaq and J.O. will help us next year. I know it. We are simply a better and deeper team this time, with more length.

I think LA stopped caring when Shaq won a championship with Miami

I'd like to see someone look forward to "protecting" Rondo when he takes a hard foul or runs into a hard pick.

I am pretty sure all of our bigs will be protecting Rondo, and with Shaq there, even if someone hard fouls Rondo..we can return the favor.

I would love to see Shaq karate chopping Dwight Howard or elbowing Quentin Richardson in the face instead of KG doing it.
