Roy, I think you should jump back in the ring.

Sadly, I don't have the time...  I'm free most of today, but tomorrow I've got court in the morning, and most of the day on Thursday.  Next week, I've got a couple of other appearances.

Well you and Fafnir made the mock draft. So any pick you missed would be coming from your list anyway.

It's better that a team has an owner who is around some of the time rather than one who isn't around at all.

lol it wasn't that formal, we exchanged top 45 or so. Which were very different and we never formally reconcilled.

We need to put together another mock, I think...  Mine was only 41 picks deep.  But yeah, if we can't find replacement teams, my assumption is that the Commissioner's Office will take over any unclaimed teams.  I think we all would like to avoid that.

We could always fold the abandoned franchise and say CP3 or Boozer went to Europe.

So for the 76ers the Commish picks:

Tony Parker

First commissioner pick I disagree with.

That's a lot earlier than I had him rated.

I thought the commissioners weren't going to be the back ups for players

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
The CrotorPickles select David Lee.

Crap. Didn't see it coming from Redzgar. There goes my Joe Johnson/David Lee combo...and now those guys aren't online to talk a trade.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Well, Parker is all-star caliber, has championship experience, etc.  Plus, there's a premium on point guards in the draft.  Last year he was picked 19th overall.
