Strange. Some of the first guys named are some of the guys I'd most like to see in green - Joakim Noah, JJ Redick, Anderson Varejao. I have no problem with Al Horford either, but he's not one of the first guys I'd want. Pau Gasol I'd take in a heartbeat.

Really the only ones I wouldn't want are really bad headcases or guys who just seem to be pricks in real life.

For the most part, I think this is silly.  

If we were Bulls fans we'd be calling Paul Pierce an actor, KG annoying, and Perk a thug.  

But because we're Celtic fans, we praise Paul's veteran savvy, KG's intensity, and Perk's physical play.  

Most of the guys that you guys mention in this thread the vast majority of us would either love or at least tolerate if they were on this team.  

It's like Curt Schilling.  Objectively, the guy is incredibly annoying.  However, when he was here, I loved him.

Maybe, but I can almost guarantee that a significant portion of this board would hate Pierce, Garnett, Perkins, and probably even Rondo if they were on different teams. 

And how many people hated Sheed before he came (and even during the regular season) and then were singing a different tune come playoff time?

The whole point of the thread is people's personal opinions on guys they can't stand. It's not something that will be universally agreed upon. If you don't have anyone you feel that you would never root for that's fine, but there's no reason in telling other people how they should think. Fact of the matter is not if a player does well for your team you like him...that's an opinion. I hated Drew Bledsoe his entire career, but he was a good qb and won a lot of games. The fact is that some people have guys they irrationally or rationally hate. Like Derek Fisher, forgot him on my list.
