Of the many free agents and undrafted playing in either Orlando or Vegas, two have caught my eye for possible invites for a chance to fill the roster and fill voids

Lin from Harvard is playing for Dallas....very impressive, obviously cerebral and with Kidd and Barea, not much room there....I like  his game better than Lafeyette

Paul Davis from Michigan St was with the Clippers for a couple of years, but has bulked up and was quite active with the Magic last week

I agree.  Lin is impressive, and I have a feeling his skills will translate to the league.  I like him much better than Lafayette too.
Would not mind at all if he gets a camp invite.

I don't know if he is an NBA player, but he is putting on a show right now...against John Wall.  At the very least, he knows how to run the show.

matt janning from northeastern has been lighting up summer league for the celtics and suns teams..he has already been invited to celtics training camp and i wouldn't be shocked if he makes the team..hes a 6'4" guard that can do everything shoot drive dish and defend..im sold on this kid.

besides janning..harangody was dominating and i think he will help the celtics a lot..hes like a white glen davis that shoots well from 3.. he brings hustle energy and rebounding

Janning and Harangody have been impressive and i would like to see them on the bench next year.

Lin put up some incredible stats at Harvard.

The guy who impressed me most in Vegas was Ekene Ibekwe for Portland.  Super athletic 3/4 who blocks a ton of shots, plays good D,  and hits mid-range Js.

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari

The Taiwanese D-Wade. Just like a young Wade, not a great shot yet. Dude is sick with the ball. I wonder how many teams will invite to him to camp? There might a war to get this kid.

Cartier Martin is a nice player. He is a good shooter. I think he has been around the league for couple year but not many games.

Janning seems to be the best guard prospect on our summer league squad. The rest were thoroughly abused by Drue Holiday in the game against Philadelphia including Lafayette.

The bigs and SF will have to bang it out in camp, but I will bet Harangody and Erden both end up with roster spots. Both also likely to spend a bunch of D league time with the Red Claws.

This Lin kid looks good, but he has a ways to go before he is on an NBA roster.

Forget Lin.  Let's sign that remix to the NBA on NBC song!  I've never heard that jam.  Sweet.

Nah, but seriously, if a number of teams are going to invite him to camp, is it possible that a team just signs him to asure they get him.  Is it that big of a risk?  The risk, to me, is signing some scrubby vet point guard.  I thought Danny should have signed Barea when I saw him a few years ago in the summer league.

Also I like the big guy from Greece that they call Summer Shaq.  He's playing right now for LAC on NBATV.

I would love to see Lin at the Celtics' training camp. The kid can flat out play, but not sure if he is NBA caliber.
