Danny this week let Tony take his talents to Memphis. Many fans wonder why he did that, they say that this is a win at all cost season and that tony was our lock down guy, which is true in some ways but...
This month Danny proved me wrong all the time, by making all the right moves in the draft, Contract discipline, and signing guys on the cheap (except Pierce). I believe he would never let Tony walk out if he did not have a back up plan, I remembered that during the draft OKC traded for Cole Aldrige and Mo Peterson, We know why they did that trade cause they needed a real Big man. But Mo Pete in OKC is use-less cause they  have about 3 guys for both SG\SF, he will never get to play cause of the log jam for the 2\3 spot. It got me thinking Could Danny be in talks With OKC for MO? He would be an instant Up grade over TA.

I think their moreso interested in Larry Hughes. He's a great fit for this club.

OMG, he is over the hill for years now, what role would he have here? I'll take Nate any time over him

Both of these guys are great players.  Great players in NBA Live09 !! :D

From what I hear, their game has dropped off the edge of a cliff in real life though ..
Stay classy, San Diego. Hello, Baxter? Baxter, is that you? Bark twice if you're in Milwaukee. Is this Wilt Chamberlain? Have the decency to say something.

Too little for Pierce, too much for TA.  But I'm purely guessing that ownership may have pushed Danny on Pierce, is tying up the purse-strings on everything else.  Good contract discipline may be a byproduct, but I don't know that Gaffney on the cheap can replace TA.  Without a big, strong defensive 3 they likely have no hope against Miami.
