I am shocked the Suns would take on that contract.

I think Turk will be better playing with Nash and Grant Hill though. Toronto was a joke of team last season, with Bosh. The Suns have playoff tested vets, maybe they can bring the best out of him again... Won't hold my breath though.

Not so sure.


He was at his best when the ball was in his hands and he was the creator.  That is not the case in Toronto and will not be the case is Phoenix.

Actually, the Celtics may be able to get into that trade in a three-way deal.

'Sheed (and a small contract from PHX - e.g. Dudley) to Toronto
Hedo to Phoenix

It works on ESPN trade machine.


Although this works, I think we can do a little better than Barbosa with 'Sheed's contract.

Yeah and the Suns don't need us to make it happen they are using part of the large trade exception for Amare they received 12.2 million to make it happen.

Yes I agree, not to mention the perimeter is starting to get incredibly packed for the suns. You can't play Frye and Hedo together, Lopez isn't a true threat (yet) from inside. This is a bit of a head-scratcher to me. Raptors must be over the moon in getting rid of that contract.

I know people are getting on Danny for being passive this offseason, but at least we aren't making stupid trades and signing players to crippling contracts. Always got to look at the bright side.
