No reason to consider him. If he wasn't playing in Detroit, he wasn't going to be playing. He's a Detroit guy through and through and wasn't going anywhere.

I wanted him, but at least he isn't in Miami.

He gave us fits in 2008 with Cleveland. I was happy the day he left there. Strong player who can defend and rebound. Every bucket he scores on you hurts so much. Every point is gravy with him.

Figured he would go back to Detroit. Doesnt bother me. For a third string center Im happy with a guy like Kwame Brown for the vet min.

Wait why not a reason to consider him.  It would have at least been worth a shot. 

Man I really wanted Ben for the vet minimum.
