I would be down with getting Okafor and West for Perk and BBD in a hear beat. I think that trade would make us the best team in the NBA up front. West has been an all-star caliber player and Okafor would be perfect to start with Rondo and KG, and West wold be the perfect backup for KG.

I know NO is in salary dump mode, but would they do this?

You're right, it is far-fetched.  D-West is a young all-star, just can't see No giving him up.  Okafor perhaps, but I assume NO will continue to build around CP3 and D-West.
