IP, I accept your apologies in advance and appreciate your inevitable vote to make Start Orien's Wonderporium the 'Smartest Team.' Thankyou! thankyou!

2 things:

1) Hacksaw Jim Duggan would have went Amurrica all over the Genius's Mike Breen and split his oddly-shapen Canadian dome with a 2x4. Fact.

2) Neil Armstrong walked on the moon! The Moon!

1. Hacksaw Jim Duggan doesn't possess the aptitude to stand toe to toe with The Genius. Again, the Genius solves math equations that outcome the affect of matches.

Intelligence aside, in order to get to the Genius Hacksaw would have to get through Mr. Perfect and the Beverly Brothers. No small task, sir.

2. Neil Armstrong was nothing more than a highly paid Hollywood Actor.

You're entitled to your opinion IP, just as Regis and Kelly were when I ran a search for 'the genius mr perfect' on youtube

You know, Mister "StartOrien", if that is your real name, one thing that puzzles me is..why are you not looking to harness the genius of your Wildcard?

He wrote this song:

And invented these:

And you're wasting all of our time, pumping up some jobber Canadian? For shame, sir. For shame.

As much as it DISGUSTS me, I have to agree with IP here. Big elbow coming your way, Nick.

Yeh, there has to some sort of tilt on the smart scale for the members of the squad on the duller side.  For instance, I'd say Bill the Cat at least offsets any intelligence I can try to sell off on Merrill Stubing.  Now, a guy like God, for instance, might be enough to make up for a guy like Lebron (big maybe)...then again Lebron has a bigger house than god - with more bathrooms too...and shiny fancy ones at that ~ none of those crappy crappers like the Almighty has.  It's all very complicated.

I'd say, when in doubt vote for the team with Godzilla!

Yup

According to John Hollinger, if the Nets added the Genius they'd improve their record by 63 games. http://www.espn.com/johnhollinger/super-official-math-stuff/thegenius-thenets/168743

I mean, in a category like "most intelligent", who is going to compete with Einstein?

Plus, I've got Zeus, who figured out a way to overthrow the more powerful Titans.  James Bond is no slouch, and the Mythical Roy Hobbs is, according to legend, the smartest man on earth.  That's followed up with Merlin, one of the smartest men in history.

Lastly, we've got this guy:

Here's what Sam Jones said about him:

Quote
No one compares to Bill Russell. He was the smartest, most driven basketball player the game has ever seen. To this day, he remains the single most influential force in team sports of any kind

John Havlicek on Russell:

Quote
Remember that, in addition to being physically gifted, he was always the smartest player on the floor.

Also, I know a lot of people are going to point out that all I have is "The Genius" and bla bla bla I have a philosopher, a mathematician, a space man, and other boring points.

Well guess what?! Don't need em' Genius covers EVERYTHING in the smarterst category. So while you guys are out delegating your duties trying to get Descartes to accept his role as 'math guy' I'm sitting back, laughing a maniacal laugh, watching the Genius do it all. Let's go down the check list.

-We already reviewed that he has the ability to affect the outcome to matches with his mathematical equations. I'm assuming it was these equations that also allowed man to land on the moon. Probably working on equation to solve all diseases right now.

-Started off every match with a BEAUTIFUL poem. That struck with the honesty and purity of Nick Frost - Henry David Thoreau love child.

-Alongside his MASTERS ROBE, the Genius would often bring 'The Book of Wisdom' with him. A book that contained ALL THE FACTS IN THE WORLD.

Ya, covers it. I'll take the belt. Thanks guys, next category

HAHAHA...your secret weapon is a guy named "Lanny" from Alberta, Canada! He was known as a: "Jobber To The Stars" (LANK)! The Genius is just some Jobber from Alberta named Lanny!

Wikipedia is a user-generated site created by jealous simpletons who merely wish to have 1/10th of the intelligence the Genius contains in his pinky finger.

1.  “Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world, can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.”

2.  If the genius was so smart, he would have known you can't win the title by disqualification by count out!!

Didn't God create war, hunger, hatred, disease, the Lakers and the platypus? Doesn't seem that intelligent to me. Just cause someone is a supreme being, doesn't make them intelligent.

MacGyver on the other hand, well now you're talking intelligence.
