In the time and age of overpaid sports personnel this is something unusual, but with 90% of their salaries comes from endorsement deals, they aint starving. In fact, they are just taking normal max wages in my opinion as it should be. I mean, is it normal for Kobe Bryant to get up to 30m in his last year of contract? KG´s contract is huge....nobody should be getting more than 15m. It destroys basketball in my opinion.
I did mention it somewhere in the forum why all three (Bosh, Wade and LeBron) didnt take a wage cut in order to match their ambition to win rings. I guess this proves it is possible. Still hope they wont get a single ring though. I sincerely hope LeBron wins nothing in his career.
