Hi I am new

long time reader of CB, but new to the forums.

little about myself.  I am in my 30s and have followed the C's since the mid 80's when I hit elementary school.

DJ was my favorite player as a kid, mostly because as a kid on the schoolyard court we would pick players to be and I was the smallest and worst so I got stuck with the last pick... who was always DJ behind Bird McHale Ainge Chief, then me.  I grew to actually admire his play.

In High school I became a fan of Reggie Lewis and Dino Radja, then on to the Pierce years.

Do you really care who I rooted for?  Probably not. But it was better than just writing HI.

Hey welcome! I was a lurker for years, and used to post a lot back in the Pierce/Walker days when a bunch of these guys would post in the boston.com Celtics chat. Some of those guys are still around, which is kinda cool, almost 10 years later. Jeff and his crew have come a long way...
