Regardless of what any of us think about LeCrabs, what do you think that first game back in Cleveland will be like?

The love that remains for a guy like KG back in Minnesota and the love for Ray everywhere he has played is without question genuine.  Will the hate in Cleveland be equal to or exceed the love shown for these other players?

I imagine it going down like a WWF crowd getting on "the villain".  How do each of you see it happening?  Humor me.

It won't be much of anything. Miami are going to destroy Cleveland.

Hard for a crowd to keep up that energy -- and/or for LeBron to be effected by it -- when they're getting walloped over and over like that.

I agree that the beginning of the game will be the real circus.  After the ball is thrown up, the real blood-bath will begin.

No exaggeration, I think they won't be able to play a full game in Cleveland. The mob will just be too close to Lebron and I think it's going to turn real ugly.

IMO they're going to have to have extremely tight security and they're going to be on his ass the whole game.  At least I know that's what we're going to do in Boston next year lol ;D!

James will have the flu.  That should help.

Can you imagine if he tries to do that chalk thing or breaks into dancing on the sideline?

I can't wait for the first game of Cavs vs Heat in Clev, it will be nothing short of fun/interesting to watch.

Hope the fans really give it to Lebron, and I'll also be looking forward to our crowd giving this so-called 'new big 3' a piece of their mind.

And don't forget that we now legitimately have "A Big 4".

I hope the media doesn't whip Cavs fans into a state of euphoric victimhood.  Just your everyday run of the mill victimhood will suffice......

No surprise that we are already thinking about this.  Booing him only fuels him to play better.

The 2 biggest suggestions right now are to not show up (but buy tickets so the Cavs don't lose money)

Or for everyone to simultaneously turn their backs on Lebron when he is announced.  After that, cheer as normal, basically show him that we are fine without him.

Couple chants suggested have been 'you're no MJ' and 'Scottie Pippen'

We booed LeBron all the time and sure did a good job against him lol  ;D.

Haha.  A "Scottie Pippen" chant would be great.

I normally think that fans should cheer a returning former player the first time back (in the introductions) to show them that they appreciate what they've done for the team, and then treat them like a normal visiting team player after that.

HOWEVER, if the player happens to lead the team on over multiple years, asking for the world, getting it and then failing to deliver and then blaming the team, announcing his intention to leave the team on an ego-driven one hour special without even telling the owner and just acting like a jerk, THEN all rules of courtesy are out the window and fans can do what they want.
