Beasley was traded to the T-Wolves for a 2011 2nd round draft pick and the right to swap future 1st round picks.

Edit: Merge, didn't see other thread

It's actually a future first round pick, not a second rounder.

No, it's a 2nd rounder, and swapped future 1sts.

Kahn loves his PF's & his PG's. This one cost him nothing, GREAT MOVE

This shows just how much the Heat were willing to get rid of Beasley.

Maybe he can play a more natural 3 position in Minnesota since he's very undersized at the 4

Rubio is quickly improving! By the time he gets here he can be a serious impact player. Yeah, good move by Kahn. Miami got great return value out of the #2 overall pick.

By value, if you mean cap space to give Lebron and Bosh better contracts, I suppose so.

Great move for Minny, depending upon what year they will switch  picks. This could really be a great move if the collective bargaining agreement adds a year to the minimum NBA age and the pick is for that first draft. That will be a really bad draft with no sophomores.

Talk about giving him away. They never should have drafted him... they've been trying to get rid of him since 08. I don't see how this works with Minni either with Love and Jefferson already clogging up the middle.

David Khan has literally no idea what he's doing.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

The Heat got a future lottery pick for him.

Kahn just made a huge mistake ( the guy never fails to surprise on how bad he is).

Him taking Beas allows Heat to now sign Miller.
