Will Brian Windhorst (and other Cleveland media) be a factor for Lebron

Was thinking about this today while listed to A. Blakely on Toucher & Rich:

Granted, I think we can all accept that the Delonte - LBJ's mom story was almost certainly 100% fabricated: Do you think Lebron is concerned with the kind of stories that will come out if he leaves Cleveland?

From all reports, it seems as if the Cleveland media has been pretty kind/forgiving to LBJ when it comes to the actions of his mother, does he worry that 'the gloves come off' if he leaves town. Somewhat similar to when Derek Lowe left the Sox.

What do you guys think? Is it a factor? Or am I just overstating second-hand speculation?

if Kobe's character survived the rape allegations, then lebron has nothing to worry about from any possible cleveland media stories since even though he's a jerk, he most likely hasn't done anything seriously bad.

I don't think he'd have his own actions to worry about, moreso his mother.
