I'm saying:

C: Shaq
PF: Bosh
SF: Lebron
SG: Wade
PG: Eddie House

Shaq is all about riding coattails at this point, and he's comfortable with playing with both Lebron and Wade.  (Bosh not so much...  he once called him the Ru Paul of big men.)

As for House, Miami doesn't really need a pass first point guard.  The one thing they lack is shooting, and House can do that (and he's played in Miami previously).

Predictions?

I don't know if this is completely possible, but I think it'll be...

Brendan Haywood (Through trade because he'd be to expensive?)
Bosh
LeBron
Wade
Earl Watson

or

Ben Wallace
Bosh
LeBron
Wade
Andre Miller (Through trade)

and the best scenario for the Heat (Which most likely won't happen)

Wade
Andre Miller (Through trade)

They're saying Shaq in SA for two years. I could see House or Diener as the backup 1, but I think Chalmers will start. Center is going to be a real obstacle unless they find a way to trade Beasley off for one.

This thread never quite got off the ground, but looks like I might have predicted Shaq to Miami. ;)

House would be a perfect fit at PG.  Get it done, Pat.

It looks like they got mike miller.

I think you are gonna see,

PG: Lebron
SG: Wade
SF: Miller
PF: Bosh
C: Shaq

Miller and Shaq with the other three prevent anybody from being double teamed.  Its un-guardable.
