it definitely improves their team, but they are still a player away.  boozer and noah make a nice frontcourt, not to mention having some guy named rose in the lineup with them

Yeah, the losers in the FA sweeps are emerging.  Does either one overpay for Ray?  That's a big question for C's fans.

Outlaw?  Hmmm, maybe.  He's obviously younger than Ray but Ray spreads the floor.

One cool thing with the Clippers emerging as a loser is they are in no rush to spend their money. I wonder who the nets would target though...
