Per RealGM and the NY Daily News, LeBron will be speaking from Greenwich, CT -- a suburb of  NYC where I happened to have been born. Greenwich remains one of the richest zip codes in the US, and would certainly be a potential home town to LBJ if he went to the NYK.

The Knicks practice facility is in Purchase, NY -- about 5 minutes away.

Isn't this where the ESPN production studios are located?

But it maybe adds a bit of drama, suggesting it is slightly less likely that Bron-bron goes back to Cleveland.

Ok...maybe I was wrong when I made that "I feel bad for Lebron" comment.

Why can't he just do a simple 10 min interview with Espn....something along the lines of what Wade/Bosh did.

When will this charade end? It's disrespectful to the game of basketball.

Don't count out the Nets by any means.  Remember when Mr. Prokorov made the statement that after his meeting with Lebron, he felt that he was going to Miami?

It wouldn't surprise me one bit if it turns out that Mikhail Prokhorov was only saying this to sort of trick the media to then all of a sudden pull out this big surprise that he's choosing the Nets.  He seems like the kind of guy who would do that.

I am surprised he doesn't have the day pushed to be a national holiday in recognition of his greatness.

Unless that's where either Prokhorov or Jay Z lives, it wouldn't make much sense. The Knicks have a long-standing history in Greenwich. Many of their high profile players like Ewing and Houston have lived there / still live there....

Lebron will announce that he will be goin to the NY KNICKS tomorrow on ESPN.. This is serious.. WOW!!!

I am assuming his source is his former teammate Amare.

Bring on the new C's vs NYK rivalry!
