There were two players who looked like they had a chance in the NBA that played for the Celtics tonight:

Those two players were Luke Harangody and Oliver Lafayette.

A couple of other players had decent games, but didn't really stand out as NBA-caliber players.

Still, it's just one game.  Lets wait till tomorrow and beyond before making any final verdicts.

He was thoroughly outplayed by the whole OKC frontcourt. While I'm not saying he isn't an NBA player, he definitely has a lot more to prove.

Agree completely. I thought the guy had a lot of those rebounds fall into his hands. He was terrible defensively and had absolutely no offense. Even if he was a decent rebounder and I'm wrong about that part, why would we give a contract to him with no other NBA skills?!

Mullens and Ibaka were the best two big men in that game. Parakhouski rebounded well, but he didn't defend particularly well, nor did he show any offensive skills. Erden was athletic and long, but lost most of the time.

It's summer league--the ball was hardly ever fed to the big guys inside, but Art did okay with the  couple of times it went his way.  He was very active and getting himself positioned every time for every rebound, as well, and he wasn't so much overmatched on defense as he made several mistake s that he paid for.

The way they were playing was definitely guard centric so I understand why he didn't do much. Maybe it was my grainy picture but half the time I couldn't tell the difference between him and Erden. But as I said before, the game plan focused on the guards so we will have to wait and see.

It wasn't the game plan, it's the nature of Summer League which is wing and guard oriented.  The reason for this is that every guy out there is fighting for a job and they feel a need to score to get attention.  This makes it into a run-and-gun style.  It's really like pickup basketball frankly because they haven't been together long enough to even develop a team concept, much less execute it.  defense is minimal as well.

Erdin has more hair than Prakhouski.

He's younger than Erden and, unlike him, he's got a real basketball skill: rebounding.
