Good call Chris, Aaron Grey might be a better comparison. I just think it's very, very hard to find big men with decent feet and a good build. While his speed might be more like Aaron Grey, he ha s leaner body like Za Za.
He got up to block a few shots yesterday, also at the end of the game had that 3 point play where he went up 2-3 times relatively quickly for the ball before getting fouled on the lay in. He's also a decent passer, doesn't amke a lot of mistakes.
But the thing I liked from watching him yesterday was that physically he held his own and got his hands on alot of balls. He'a little bit of a banger. Ibaka didn't abuse him.
Watch his feet on pick and roll overs, hedges, etc. He moves fairly decently for a guy his size.
With some good trainers and experience, I'm thinking he's a guy you might be able to mold a little.
Key think for me, he's strong enough right now to bang around the glass in the NBA. You put him with top notch trainers, work more on the speed of his foot work. He could be a decent 3rd string guy, maybe better. maybe.
