Looks like we wont be seeing Avery Bradley. That is a shame.

Of course we won't -- it was known for a while that he's slated to have surgery and won't be ready until training camp.

Looking forward to hearing about how Harangody, Parkahouski and Erden look.  The first bc he is the new guy, and the latter two bc we'll likely need a big man off the end of the bench.  And by end of bench I am talking about #14, #15 on the roster.

It's ok, there's plenty of other talent to scout here and there's always a chance they have the live training camp scrimmages on NBATV again. I'd love that.

The NBATV stuff is what I was looking forward to seeing.

Yeah I know, I just hope he is not a 'delayed' guy like Bill Walker that will be out of shape, behind the camp learning curve, and unable to contribute until after Christmas blah blah blah.....I am excited about his potential.

With Austin Ainge coaching I bet he'll be lusting after one of the big Euros to center the Red Claws for a while next season.  (Assuming Semih sticks on the big club.)

Love to see us develop one or two of those guys in Maine this season.

He doesn't look like the type to get out of shape too easily, whereas the Knicks, however thrilled with Billy, reportedly still want him to trim down for next year.

Didnt mean to imply that kind of 'outta shape'. Just playing shape.

Yeah, I know, you're right.  I'd guess he could get some serious time on the cycles in the gym  before he can run again, but it's not the same.  Probably the lack of SL experience will slow his catching on to the next level a little bit, but if that's what made him drop to 19 it may all be worth it.

I can't wait for the first post about a 2nd rounder taken by some other team who is tearing it up in SL, which will go something like this: Why, Danny, Why - Oh - Why did you pass on XXXXX?

I think DeShawn Sims could be good. I also want to see Tony Gaffney play. Seeing him in a suit every time his face appeared on television was kind of a tease.

Didn't Gaffney play really well over-seas last year?

I think he hurt himself at the start of last season and bearly played.
