Nah.  We're all looking for that wing player replacement for Paul Pierce.

Gay ain't the answer.  Re-sign both Paul and Ray to contracts that are reasonable to team and player.  Pick up Dorell Wright on the cheap and let him apprentice for the role while being mentored by our elderly superstars.  I like that kid's future.  He can shoot, he can slash and finish, and he can defend.  He could be a great running mate for Rajon Rondo in a couple of years.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

I love Pierce but Gay will be better through the life of the contracts and plus he adds what we need and what pairs will with Rondo. Athlete and good set Shooter.

I don't even like basketball! Only God knows why I love Boston Celtics so much...

Would you do it?
Of course, in a heartbeat, as it would facilitate the transition from the Garnett to Rondo era.
I agree with this.  Plus I enjoy watching players improve.  It's not very enjoyable watching players decline unless there is a potential championship to win.
