I'd love him for the minimum. You've gotta want the only player from New Hampshire in the NBA back in Boston.

Met him tonight also... Would love to have him in green. Great big off the bench. Great hustle guy and a good shooter.

Only if we dont re-sign Scals.

Otherwise, worlds would collide.

Bonner has a bit more skill offensively, but Scal is definately the more versatile defender (and i do think Bonner is a capable defender).

Therefore, i'd call it a tie.

With no Rasheed, a new rookie without 3pt range, and possibly no Ray Allen, Matt Bonner would be a very welcome addition to our bench.

Good point. He definately has good touch with the 3-ball.

Sign him, call him Scals, and no one will notice.

To a point I agree. The national tv announcers have enough trouble keeping things professional when Scal is one the floor. Imagine if they were both out there...

I'd welcome Matt Bonner with open arms at the vet min.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

No interest in Booner.

I would rather have Scalabrine. I would take Scal's superior defense over Bonner's superior rebounding.
