They will be good (if this all comes together) but paper giants don't always win titles...

Unless the game changed and now it's played with 2-3 balls at once, they will still have to work as hell to get rings, but on paper that team is scary. But will they fall apart like Toronto and Dallas after getting backup.

I mean obviously this team would be awesome, but there are some worries still. I wouldn't worry about this team defensively. I think Lebron is the best defensive player in the NBA, and playing alongside Deng, Noah, and Bosh and being coached by Thibs, the defense would be superb. The main concern would have to be perimeter shooting. Drose's J is improving, but he's still not a threat from 3. Deng isn't a particularly good shooter and neither is Noah. Bosh can shoot the midrange J, but if I'm trying to defend this team, I just pack it in the paint and dare them to shoot 3s.

I doubt LeBron would play SG.  More likely he'd SF and Deng would be traded to acquire a SG and some cap relief.  The team would definitely be better with a sharpshooter at SG.  I'm not exactly sure who they could / would get, though.  Maybe Jason Richardson.

This isn't true. Next year, as currently constituted, they are on the books for 31,861,826. The cap for next year is supposed to be somewhere from 51mil to 56mil. Let's say that next year it is set at 54mil. A "max deal," is a percentage of the salary cap (it will most likely be 30% of the cap for next year, based on the aforementioned player's experience). So, using rounding, a max deal would start around 16mil next year. Two max contracts would be about 32mil, which would already put Chicago at 64mil, roughly 10mil over the cap. Perhaps someone like Roy Hobbs could confirm this.

The Hinrich deal will be official july the 8th, and so the payroll will be reduced to 22 mill. They will be able to sign 2 top FA starting at 16.83 mill. maximum and $33.2 total for both the first year.

Hoops hype has them being at 31....with Hinrich on the books still.  So as soon as that trade goes through they would be just under 23 mil.

Don't forget sign and trades, which is any free agents first choice = extra 30 million, which makes the cap space less meaningful as they can easily go over this way.
