Does anyone know if the Celtics will be participating in any summer leagues this year? I believe the past few years they have not....

so the early roster is likely to look like this:

Avery Bradley
Luke Harangody
Semih Erden
Tony Gaffney
Oliver Lafayette

should be one of the more interesting squads since the days of Telfair and Rondo

That would be a pretty good summer league starting five.

I am torn - I want to say that Harangody will dominate the summer league (cause that's the level of comp. that he dominated in college) but I also know that summer league is all about the guards, so I could see Bradley having a better week

With his NBL experience, Lafayette might keep up with Bradley--and help us keep perspective.

Could you invite undrafted players like Manny Harris and Mikhail Torrance? Their great shooters and can score off the ball.

I think Luke Harrangody and Oliver Laffayette tear up the summer league, leading to a major overreaction by fans thinking they are going to be stars.  Meanwhile, Erden and Bradley are steady but somewhat mediocre in the summerleague, but end up actually being NBA players.

I would not be surprised to see Danny bring in Zoubek, as well as a "veteran" big man or two for the summer league team.  I bet Sheyer is also a target.
