He won't be unemployed long.  Great squad and coach he put together in Portland, just injuries have (semi) hampered the team.  If Ainge wasn't here I'd love to have Pritchard in Boston.

If Doc does decide to leave; Pritchard for Head of Basketball Ops, Ainge moves into coach?

Here's an article from Adrian Wojnarowski of yahoo back in March.  It seems that Pritchard has been on the outs for some time, and if this article is to be believed, I wouldn't want him here.  (Of course, I think that's relatively moot, since I don't see DA ever stepping into a coaching position.)
