Let him and Rondo go to work.

if we’re not in rebuilding yet, then we get Ray back and let this kid play off the bench for development.

I’ve been looking at this kid more since DraftNet slated him a Celtic in their mock. I think this kid could  be pretty nice.

Whether we're in rebuilding mode or not, we need to draft Paul George (pretty please, with a cherry on top) and throw him in the fire, as you said.  Resign Ray, limit his minutes to 30-32 a game, along with Pierce, and make George our 6th man.
