The only reason we lost was cause of that BS blocking foul call on Rasheed. It was CLEARLY charging, and those 2 FTs for us instead of them would've made up 4 points, and it would've gone into overtime.

Kobe punched Rhonda? Is that a laker girl?

This game is all over youtube, if he did throw a punch, it would be somewhere by now, and a link would be in this thread.

And I assume, we're talking about a punch like when "pierce punched a ref"....but a real punch...

I want to see this, I need video evidence!

He did try to punch Rondo. I saw it and Throughthelookingglass saw it and we both made posts about it in the game thread. Go back and check if you don't believe it.

People that can't see it, aren't looking, (or else just choosing not to see it), because even my 83-year-old mother saw it during the game!

It's nothing new ... yes, every team has players who make similar "chippy" plays at the opponent, but the massive amount of crap that Kobe gets away with, is far-and-away beyond the norm.

It's easy over here on CB; all you need to do is just post the link. Not the <embed>  and tags like that, just the "http: // www. youtube . com / video = ?" blabla etc that thing.

I fixed your post for ya ;)

And yes, it looks like more than just a soft punch, what he tried to do there.

5:45 mark

TP promised, TP given.

Definitely looked like a swing at Rondo's head.  I wonder if it was the angle, though.  No one else seemed to notice.

Don't get me wrong, I would have loved for Kobe to have been thrown out of the game and Cs to have won it.  Yes, I think the refs jobbed the Cs in several of the games.... but...
All that said, I don't really care anymore.  It's in the past.  It is now start of the 2010-11 season, and the Lakers are tied with the Celtics at 0-0.
Celtics fan for life.

Seemed like more of a defensive move on Kobe's part; but should have been whistled in any case.

I'd say it wasn't missed but rather disregarded. The Snake has done worse things and gotten away with them.
